This means a sale date has been set for the property. It is still not too late to work something out depending on your loan situation. Please contact us if you need help getting in touch with your servicer.
Sale Date
This is when the property is scheduled to be sold. Sales will take place as early at 9am pacific in the pacific northwest. The sales can be held by a sale agent on behalf of the trustee.
